Native of Los Angeles, Kathleen has led a successful career in marketing, sales and strategic negotiations across a range of interrelated, progressively advancing positions. Her knowledge of traditional and online business models has leveraged her out-of-the-box thinking to her clients' benefit. Her skills in negotiations and marketing have enabled her to grow business in truly evolving markets. Kathleen started her career in 1986 buying and selling homes, assisting friends with remodels, new construction, and landscaping properties in Southern California.

Kathleen began her private consulting practice Playground Entertainment Marketing, serving a range of organizations that were seeking to launch, expand, diversify or reorganize their sales departments in light of dramatically shifting market conditions and business models. With her background in marketing, advertising and sales, combined with her training and experiences in organizational development, Kathleen was uniquely qualified to evaluate, identify and execute key strategies leading to desired results, including revitalizing entrenched cultures, introducing new products, identifying and implementing cost reduction strategies and increasing sales.

Kathleen brings a unique blend of efficiency, honesty, integrity and business-savvy to her clients. She works closely with each client to determine the most geographic target areas based on their individual needs and preferences.

Kathleen has a strong belief in community, it is important to give back, and to be involved in community service. Kathleen and her four children are long time members supporting National Charity League, Union Station Homeless Services, Cher Foundation, Junior League of La Canada Flintridge, Music Cares, City of Hope, Red Cross, YWCA, new Horizon's Children's Center, Open Eyes Open Arms, La Canada Flintridge Education Foundation, PTA, the Booster Club LCHS, and St. Bede's Catholic Church.
